As the regional consulting partner for Mallcomm in Scandinavia, the Middle East, and Africa, we led their expansion into new markets—bridging the gap between commercial real estate and digital tenant engagement. From crafting region-specific go-to-market strategies to overseeing the white-label implementation of the app for property giants like AMF Fastigheter, Skandia Fastigheter, Klepierre, and Savills, we managed full-cycle delivery.

How We Work
